Taking place at a dreamy private villa near San Rafael, Our Retreat Ibiza will put you through your paces with HIIT classes, stretching sessions and mindful moments. You'll be joined by London-based expert trainers Emily Cohen and Roo Hamer.
It's not all about getting your sweat on, though. You'll also explore the island on stunning coastal hikes, and try out kayaking and paddleboarding on the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea.

Start the day with an early morning HIIT session, often on the beach, before cooling off in the pool or sea. After a nutritious breakfast, you'll take part in a movement or yoga class to centre your thoughts, followed by an afternoon exploring the beautiful Ibizan coast.
Afternoon optional activities are available, including kayaking and SUP. You'll enjoy nourishing meals prepared by private chefs, eating out on the poolside terrace, followed by evening activities such as open-air cinema screenings and music nights.
